Ponte Vecchio Suites & Spa Florence

They were helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge and within walking distance of all the highlights in Florence. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the 5 o'clock drinks and nibbles were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Florence.

They provided great recommendations for restaurants and were always willing to assist us with whatever we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect - it was in a convenient area close to all the tourist attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms were modern and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to friends.

The only downside was that the hotel did not have a pool, but it did have a jacuzzi that could be booked in advance. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

The hotel is in a great location just across the river, away from the tourist-y hub-hub but still in the middle of everything. It's close to all the attractions on the other side, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and well-fitted, with excellent showers and a bar fridge. The staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is top-notch, with plenty of choices. it's a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The only downside is that there is an extra charge for car parking, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests with vehicles.

We had the most very nice stay at this hotel! We were thrilled to have a complimentary mobile phone with a great map, a lifesaver while exploring. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, complete with a spa tub and a cute, compact dishwasher. The staff were really good, offering special rates and walking us to our room. The location was fantastic, tucked away on a quaint street but just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and landmarks. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
